They found Saraia's birth mom. Now they can petition for new CD. Should be beginning to mid-July. :)

Just Rec'd Add'l Info about Hold Up for New CD

I just wanted to touch base to let you know we are still working on a new court date for you. The court requested an additional document today that we need to obtain for A** before they will issue you a new date. We will be working on that document over the next few days. It will likely be another week to week and a half before we have your new court date.
